Spiderman For Aston
Spiderman By haxer

Haxer’s newest Aston Shell theme. Spiderman for Aston uses several innovative characteristics to make this theme individual. In haxer’s own words, “I really don’t think I like this theme…” Ok, never mind. This may not be the best theme ever, because haxer hit a mental block while trying to get it put together, but he tried to do things differently than usual. Take the clock for example, and the web texture on the taskbar. As always, enjoy the theme. And be sure to comment!

Ghost Rider 2
Ghost Rider 2

Theme made for Marvel.com The second of 4. I (haxer) made Ghost Rider and had said that I was making a second one. Krstatzar had always wanted to make a Ghost Rider theme, so he contacted me and asked to colab on it. Of course I couldn’t refuse an offer like that, so we worked together to make this, a haxer/krstatzar theme. As always, Enjoy!

Most Resolutions supported.

Ghost Rider
Ghost Rider

So… I was hanging out in the Aston forums and I got a request to make some themes for Marvel comics. This theme is the first of four that are coming out. Next is a Punisher theme, then Spidey, then another Ghost Rider theme. I hope you guys like them. The background image is from Marvel. It is used with permission.

Resolution: 1280×1024 (I may make a 1024×768 res, no guarantees though.)

Edit

Now includes Silver_blue. It is a color variation of the original.

Battle Field 2 for Aston Shell
Battle Field 2 Aston

I made this theme for a guy in the Aston Shell forums. I don’t play BF2, but it looks cool. (Counter Strike Source is a better fps) anyway, I hope all you guys like this.

Emery for AstonShell
Emery Theme

This is in honor of Emery’s latest album: ‘The Question’ Emery rocks and I love those guys. So go get an Emery CD and listen to some of the best Christian music ever.

P.S. I actually made the wallpaper this time thanks to encouragement form all my buddies at Skin Your Screen.

F.E.A.R. for AstonShell
F.E.A.R. for Aston

My (haxer) newest theme for Aston Shell It is based around an official wallpaper for the game F.E.A.R. (Only the best fps ever made.) The wallpaper was made by the creators of the game. Thanks to them. Also, thanks to the following people:
mrbiotech for SYS
krstatzar for suggestions that improved this theme immensely
nerio for tips and great tutorials
and everyone else that encouraged and supported me while I was making this and while I was a noob.

The theme is configured for 1280×1024. I am working on making a 1024×768 version. It will be released in a pack along with this one sometime in the near future. (Of course that’s what I said about a few of my other themes and it hasn’t happened yet, but I have actually started work on this one so it could happem :)) Feedback would be great ;) Thanks for viewing/downloading.

Consider Phlebas, by Iain M. Banks
Consider Phlebas

Where James Rollins makes you grit your teeth as your favorite characters are seemingly killed only to pop up safe at the end, Iain Banks pushes your favorite characters through gut-wrenching punishment and still has the sadism to kill ‘em all at the end anyway. Don’t worry, it’s the ride that counts (or at least that’s what I keep telling myself).

Tuesdays with Morrie, by Mitch Albom
Tuesdays with Morrie

Few books touch me so indelibly. Rarer still are true stories that leave a mark or impression on my soul. Tuesday’s with Morrie has done that with rapacious wit, candora, melancholy, but most importantly, truth. Life is to be lived, and fully, not sequestered away seeking money, fame. Life is who you love. This is a book to own. I hope my kids will pick it up off the shelf when they’re old enough and give it a read.

Martin Koch's Building Electric Guitars
Building Electric Guitars

Great resource read for anyone thinking of building their own electric guitar. Great examples and nice anecdotal information. Tremendously lacking in schematic or diagramatic details, but rich with verbal suggestions. I’d recommend reading this to get an idea before going online and getting more pertinent details. Organization is a bit confusing, but when used as a reference (i.e.: skipping to a needed section) the book still proves its worth.

Ice Hunt, by James Rollins
Ice Hunt

An American arctic research submarine stumbles upon an ice-entombed WWII-era Soviet research base holding a secret so sinister that both countries will do anything to obtain it, or ensure it is never seen by the public eye. Not the traditional action-adventure novel, Ice Hunt adds fantastic character-development, accurate science, a highly unpredictable plot to the exciting non-stop peril. Think of Michael Crichton and Dean R. Koontz on a dose of realism and you get Ice Hunt.
