Checked with a couple of sites for some graphical inspiration for an SG1-based theme.

First, I wanted to check some of those cool alien interfaces for things like the gates, and other ancient-looking technologies.

Sadly as Rich says the site dried up some time ago, at least the graphics tuts & forum did. I think the whole thing leans more towards the commercial end of it now ( http://eyeball-design.com/news.php )... last year there was talk of revamping the fx-zone, but it never happened.

Hello Nerio!  glad to see you back in the saddle... I just thought for shapes etc. the interfaces there might be useful. If you remember I stated on a Stargate theme for Aston but I got bogged down with it for much the same reasons as you seem to be...and it went the way of so many others ~ into the recycling bin!
Since my OS keeps balking on me when Aston is installed so I haven't been using it since last summer... I just run an msstyle to stop the desktop looking soooo darned boring... hence I haven't persevered with any Aston theme skinning 

Oh but dont worry buddy, soon i'll make you all love to back to Aston with the Stargate SG1 theme am working on......you'ill see.....it's a piece of good looking theme

Still got a pc Nerio, but for some reason it gave up on Aston. I've even replaced my HD, but when I reinstalled Aston the panels still kept freezing on me... in the end I got so p**off with messing with it that I just switched to msstyles and left Aston behind me. So now I run a skeleton msstyle ( just the taskbar and windows ), and the only thing I have on my desktop is Coolplayer... and the darned recyce bin icon which for some reason I can't get rid of!! This is a seriously weird computer these days.

I must confess, i really like more thecky and nature wallz....and i have to confess that i got alot of them on a pirate russian site that delivers a plenty of them in any resolution, but blieve me it's just a piece of beauty.....especially the nature ones, would you like the adress
