A little back on topic ( Wink

) here is an update on the theme. Please let me know what you think

At this point all I have left to do is make the animations which will be the circles around the planets. I think I put this earlier, but if you don't remember, the circles will be invisible, and then 'load' (can't think of a better word at the moment) from the bottom (of them not the screen) the the name of the planet types out. Thanks for taking a look and for any comments.

Well, holy crap!!! That is just amazing, haxer. I definitely have to say that is one of the finest Aston themes I've seen in a while. Everything seems to work extremely well together. I think that bokonon will be ecstatic. Great job! Grin

Great remake of the site guys (though I had to re-register Wink

). Everything here seems to be progressing forward extremely well. I'm glad that the work wasn't lost after the hack (I even see that my port of AutoClave for the Pocket PC is still around Tongue

). Keep up the great work!

I should have this theme up and on the Aston site very soon, then I plan on making a Aston 2 Menu skin to go along with it.

experimenting fith the font colors. But all in all it is great.

Agreed! The theme is coming along very nicely. The Red and Green contrast a little too harshly with one another, though, and are a little difficult to see over the metallic backing. Perhaps a darker set of colors, or even some shadowing will help offset them from the background texture, improving readability.

On second thoughts I reckon you should change font Chris. In the example I put a gradient over the words 'graphics' & 'media' and it still looks a bit clunky, so for 'internet' I swapped the font for OpticalB with the gradient overlay and I hope you agree it is definitely easier on the eye, and a lot more legible.
If you want the font let me know and I'll mail it to you.
