I like the hands free option that enables you to use it as a wrist weight while you are running. Smiley

And I was thinking the Garmin Wrist GPSs looked big!

In all seriousness, though, it's good to see that it'll reach production (although they still aren't selling the thing yet.  When I saw the first Engadget.com article on the Zypad, the first thought that crossed my mind was "vaporware" but it looks like they are very actively pursuing it.

Apparently the garmin link you posted sucks. Wink I guess a wrist computer is good if you want to go blind trying to read the thing.

Nice, lol. That garmin *glorified stopwatch* is ridiculous! Pretty neat tech, but overkill for sure.

I wonder if it's possible?  Cheesy

Just an FYI - I've got a release candidate for the new Singularity LiteStep theme, sans media controls and scripting, but it's working.  Right now trying to get the Rainlendar module for it skinned.  All the media and system monitoring functions will be put into Sysmetrix, which will permit some cool effects without requiring me to learn another scripting language (like Lua, which is everywhere in LiteStep these days).

I'll try and post files early next week.  Gotta sift through a mountain of genomic and microarray data at the moment.  Doing comparitive genomics studies for another student in my lab.

Quit it!  Smiley  You guys are gonna make me blush!

I'll try and shoot you guys a copy of the Rainlendar skin for Singularity within the week.  I'm currently skinning it under Rainlendar 0.22 standards, since that's the last version supported directly as a LiteStep module before Rainy went XML.  Suffice it to say it's VERY different than what I planned originally, but still in line with the rest of the updated Singularity Suite.
